چکیده

The Xiongnu empire was a dominating nomadic tribe in the east of southern Siberia between third century BC and first AD. Archeological sites artifacts Xiongu have been found primarily Mongolia scattered Russia northern part China. historical are mainly tombs. Rectangular terrace tombs with satellite graves—small circular around main large tombs—have throughout cemeteries. This is study to report genetic analysis relationship among individuals these ancient DNA samples were extracted following strict decontamination protocol dedicated laboratory using silica-based method. mitochondrial segments required for haplogrouping assessed multiplex nested real-time polymerase chain reaction-based methods amplify multiple target simultaneously. reduced consumption valuable samples, labor, time. Mitochondrial haplotypes analyzed from skeletons excavated six 2000-year-old elite cemetery at Duurlig nars, Mongolia. Interestingly, different (A, C4, D4, G1, G2, W) did not reveal any maternal kinship Two sacrifice had two females their twenties within them. Future studies should assess Y haplotypes, chromosomal short tandem repeats, autosomal phenotype biogeography ancestry-informative DNA.

How microbial ancient DNA, found in association with human remains, can be interpreted.

The analysis of the DNA of ancient micro-organisms in archaeological and palaeontological human remains can contribute to the understanding of issues as different as the spreading of a new disease, a mummification process or the effect of diets on historical human populations. The quest for this type of DNA, however, can represent a particularly demanding task. This is mainly due to the abundan...

Histological analysis and ancient DNA amplification of human bone remains found in caius iulius polybius house in pompeii.

Thirteen skeletons found in the Caius Iulius Polybius house, which has been the object of intensive study since its discovery in Pompeii 250 years ago, have provided an opportunity to study either bone diagenesis by histological investigation or ancient DNA by polymerase chain reaction analysis. DNA analysis was done by amplifying both X- and Y-chromosomes amelogenin loci and Y-specific alphoid...
